I have a few spots around my pubic area. They are filled with blood, kinda painful from time to time, and usually hard. I've had it since I was like 16 and well before having sex with anyone. It's never been that big of an issue but lately they have gotten more frequent and honestly one started to bleed and got all over my white boxers.

I don't have a dermatologist but I do have an appointment with my regular doctor. Last time I brought it up to him he said it was nothing and just put me on antibiotic meds but they never went away. I'm gonna try to see a dermatological but I'm not sure my insurance will pay for it.

What might it be so I can talk more direct to my doctor about it?
